This is a high-volume position. We produce a tremendous amount of products per day.

The perfect person for this position will be creative and extremely organized, efficient, and very detail oriented with no room for errors. There is lots of opportunity for growth. We will be adding more equipment and products soon.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a- 5:00p

Pay: Starting $15

90 day Review

If you have industry experience, starting pay is $16

If you don't have experience in the decorating industry, we can teach the right person to engrave/ design, then after 90 days of training we will do a review.

Daily production duties include:

• Production: Running laser engravers, sublimation, UV printer, name badge printer, etc.

• Product layout/ Design: Each day you will be designing and producing dozens of Awards signs, nametags, gift items, etc.

• Assembly of trophies, plaques, crystal/acrylic awards, etc.

• Heat press sublimation transfers on metal, plastic, ceramic and textile, etc.

• Cutting metal and plastic to exact measurements, (down to a 32nd of an inch)

• Drilling, sawing, painting etc.

• Responsible for quality assurance like proofing the orders, spell checking,

• Cleaning and packaging items, etc.

• Equipment maintenance

• Daily cleaning duties

MUST HAVE:

• Design experience (Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Extremely efficient

• Multitasking abilities

• Can-Do Attitude

• Motivated & Self-starter

• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
